"The burgers looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for several hours while at the same time being barely warm. The Bacon Cheese Baked Potato was cooked just right but the amount of shredded cheese and bacon left something to be desired and wasn't enough for even half of the potato. "I love BFC, in every way, but all 3 fries we received had tiny pieces and not worth eating. The dogs loved them though. The Brussels sprouts are normally phenomenal, but they were also pieces, and so salty you couldn't really eat them. The burgers were fair. Not a good food experience from a place that is normally great."
