We appreciate how everything was packaged. Plus all of the extras from silverware, syrup, butter etc to make our breakfast complete. This is a special treat for us. We ordered Build Your Own Grand Slam® and Philly Cheesesteak Omelette both were good. We did half to heat everything up a few minutes in the microwave but it still was good!

pancakes and ham was good. bacon was over cooked and sausage was ick. eggs were good. hash browns were chewy. but the pancakes were pretty solid and made up for any disappointing factor. Last time was better this tim wasn't so I think its a luck of the draw of who cooks.

Biscuit and Gravy was pitiful. 2 sausage chunks. biscuit was terrible. Gravy doesn't cover product.

Disappointed.
Pancakes and hash browns were good.
Eggs were undercooked.
Bacon undercooked.
Bananas were brown and overripe
No butter
No syrup
No seasoning
No siverware
No napkins
I would order again if I was dining in, but would not for delivery.

Very little gravy for each biscuit this time. I love their gravy and usually it's portioned well but this time I got about 2 ounces of gravy per Busch it (about three tablespoons) which wasn't even enough to cover the biscuit. It was so dry. Biscuits and gravy dry...
