They were unbelievably accurate with my order, even sent me way too much syrup and pancakes, and I don't know how they prepared such a tender T-bone steak or perfect fried eggs. Hint: maybe order the steak rare and the eggs over easy. You can cook them longer at home if you like. And the sirloin tips were super tender and flavorful, too. I am still shocked that IHOP came through so great during the holidays."

"The Breakfast Burrito was way better than I expected. The price was a bit lower than other places but I wanted to try the Flower Child Red Bull Spritzer. Normally lower pricing makes me thing lower quality but this is absolutely not the case here. Today, my DoorDasher called to inform me that my order would be delayed because the smoothie I ordered was unavailable. I appreciated the heads-up, but I was also told I’d be "hooked up" as a courtesy—yet my order arrived as-is, with no adjustments.
I’ve noticed a recurring issue where my orders, especially for juice, are often canceled after waiting close to an hour. DoorDash drivers have mentioned waiting in-store for over 30 minutes, only to have my order canceled because making four juices was deemed "too much"—which is concerning for a juice shop. If four individual customers walked in, they wouldn’t be turned away, so I hope online orders can be treated with the same priority.
Additionally, my açaí bowl was disappointing for the price—there was very little fruit and granola, making it feel incomplete.
I share this feedback because I truly love this place and want to see it succeed. I hope improvements can be made so customers, both in-store and online, receive a consistently great experience."

Today I did try something different and I got the fried shrimp and fried mushrooms. The mushrooms came with ranch. They were not bad at all the fried shrimp on the other hand while they were not bad they lacked any flavor and without seasoning they should have came with some cocktail sauce, or some kind of dipping in my opinion. They are very bland. With no sauce. I expected cocktail sauce or some kind of Cajun or at least pepper in it. But I do support small businesses and I'm not trying to bash. This is just my honest review. Most everything has been amazing just a little disappointed with this."
