Wow! I had stopped ordering from chipotle in blue Springs because it was so erratic but I'm glad I tried again today. The bowl was huge and perfect and just yummy. My order was exactly perfect and I'm very grateful. Thank you all.

Really great, perfect. Big pieces of juicy chicken, avocado, could've used a little more lettuce, and I wish there was a way to order more pico without having to buy chips. We love the pico. It's never enough around here, but we had a great meal.

Disappointed in the Chips & Queso Blanco. The chips were very over cooked. They were even varying colors of yellow/gold across the same chip. I won't order the queso and chips again unless in the restaurant and can see they aren't over cooked. Additionally I received a larger portion of queso the last time I ordered this side.

Portion size was ridiculously small. It didn't even fill up half of the bowl. I literally could count the pieces of chicken. There were 8 tiny pieces. We ordered two tortillas for two separate people. They were wrapped in the same foil together which made them fuse together. The new sauce was just a cup of flavorless oil. HOTHEAD BURRITOS is way better.

The burrito was fine, but the bowl was literally half way full. Two items 41.00 with a dash pass. I will not be ordering here again with door dash. Its not door dashes fault. This isnt the first time ive had poor service ordering like this.
