What disappointed me most was the cookies. I was excited because in the past Panera cookies have always been soft and one of my favorite things there. This time every single cookie in the bag was hard and dry like a cracker.
Overall, the food quality felt really off compared to previous visits, especially for the cost. I left wishing I had asked for a refund."

The Dog Bites were extremely oily and the cup was only 2/3rds full. They put the entire cheese cup on top and it still didn't reach the brim. I get marking up prices for third party delivery apps, but nothing was even close to worth paying those high prices for. Will not order again."
