"Cafe Zupas is always great! I love the variety they have. The combo's. For example, tonight, I ordered the KID’S COMBO . It's smaller portions. Which helps me. I get the FRENCH BAGUETTE BREAD to dip in the soup I choose. I have always loved Rice Krispy Treats. Zupas' is quite thick & it is a good size square. Down the middle at an angle, they dip half into milk chocolate. You are offered the choice of the begian chocolate covered strawberry. The baguette is extra but I think their cheap. It was a perfect sized meal. I did share the rice CRISPY MARSHMALLOW BAR with family & I gave away my can of Sprite soda. Plus, my dad loves the chocolate covered strawberries. He ate that. I ate half the kids' grilled cheese & the kids' tomato basil soup. Filled me. Great dinner! I didn't over eat. I also, my stomach/body feels satisfied.

"I kept trying to give Panera the benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe it was just an off day, but this visit was honestly disappointing.
We ordered two soup and sandwich combos and the quality just kept getting worse with each item. My husband’s sandwich was basically two hard pieces of bread with what looked like a very thin layer of mashed meat inside—you couldn’t even see the meat unless you opened it up. His side baguette was rock hard.
The soup actually tasted good, but the portion was shockingly small for the price.
I got the half grilled cheese and it tasted like it was made with processed sliced cheese instead of actual grilled cheese quality ingredients.
What disappointed me most was the cookies. I was excited because in the past Panera cookies have always been soft and one of my favorite things there. This time every single cookie in the bag was hard and dry like a cracker.
Overall, the food quality felt really off compared to previous visits, especially for the cost. I left wishing I had asked for a refund."

"Big portions, great prices, and delicious food what more could you want? If you are a fan of meat than this is the place for you. The pork and teriyaki chicken were our favorites. The meat itself was tender and juicy. And the flavors were big and full (one family member did feel the pork was too salty). Our meals came with a side of sauce which was nice because I used it on both my rice and tempura shrimp. The rice was nice and sticky, the tempura crisp (if a little flavorless, hence the sauce), and the macaroni salad was creamy and delicious. Plus the restaurant got my food to me a whole 10 mins earlier than expected, which considering I made my order on the weekend, is very impressive, and I got to give props to my dasher too.
