"After eating here a couple of times, one time I actually stood in the restaurant and watched them prepare the food, a lot of it just taste like it's been frozen and they're just throwing it in the fryer. In fact, I literally watched them do that with the chicken on a stick. I've had it twice and it taste the same both times: it just taste like fried anonymous meat that's been frozen. The lo mein is OK. this time I got general tsos chicken and something about it just feels off. Again I can only assume that it's because it's just pre-prepared frozen food that they throw in the fryer and cook from frozen."
