"I was not a big fan of the Lomo Saltado. The value definitely seems good and the plate was filled with a lot of food. The problem I had was with the flavors. The filet mignon itself had a very liver like flavor to it. The green sauce also was a bit strange. It kind of tasted like it was mayonnaise based and had a bit of sweetness to it. The veggies and rice were cooked well though.

" The Menudo had a good amount of meat with good flavor. It did not, however, come with any limes, red peppers, chopped onions, oregano, or cilantro. I am not sure if you can request any of those. Menudo is not complete without It. I highly suggest they add at least as an option. The food was flavorful and filling. The hot sauce is unique with a sour/vinegar taste that tasted homemade.
