"I just got donut holes and coffee. The 13 donut holes were served in a box not a bag like other stores so they didn't get smushed! The coffee is an old school Bunn pot that you pour yourself. So just be careful! At the time there was NO MARKUP on my pick up order unlike other stores. I couldn't believe it. But now they may have just added one :("

I decided to build my own sandwich and ordered a roast beef and turkey sandwich on Dutch crunch with everything. Picked it up to a friendly greeting and smiles from all of the staff. Took it home to eat and wow this was a huge sandwich and full of ingredients. Unfortunately I noticed quickly it was all turkey and no roast beef. They forgot my meat. I sure hope they get it right next time. I should say that even without my roast beef this was an incredible tasty sandwich. Every bite got better and better. I honestly can say I haven’t had a deli sandwich as good as this in a very long time. Probably the best Dutch crunch roll ever and so soft with the perfect amount of crunch and sweetness on top. This sandwich was pure heaven and so big but I was hungry and wanted to go right back for another.

"Opening up my food packaging was like an unpacking....like the videos we all have seen at one time or another. So, it's like this:
I ordered the thaali, right? Peering into the bag is like pulling out little trinket boxes, wondering what is in each. After I took out my dessert, there was a big side of rice, another little box of yellow rice, a yoghurt rice, 2 daals, one with a snack, one half-filled with the included dessert, one half-filled with some type of liquid which turned out to be lemonade, a surprise veggie - karela, and another yummy veggie - methi malai matter, a roti and some chutney. And that was that!
Although food is always good, and they include something extra every time with my order, where's my naan, where's my salad, my raita! The tiny containers were half-filled at most.....except for the rice.
Even my badam milk was only three quarters full, and it was pistacchio milk, not badam milk. Not cool.
Moral of the story: Don't order right around closing time....they tend to run out of food."

I felt absolutely HORRIBLE once I realized my mistake and immediately brought it back inside embarrassed and apologizing.
The young man behind the counter could not have been sweeter about it. He immediately assured me it was no big deal at all, said he would remake the other customer’s order right away, and even told me I could keep the extra burritos.
That level of kindness honestly meant so much to me in a really embarrassing moment.
And on top of the wonderful customer service, BOTH versions of the burritos — the wheat tortilla and the regular flour tortilla — were absolutely PERFECT. Fresh, flavorful, comforting, and exactly what my daughter and I needed on a limited budget that day.
It’s rare these days to come across customer service that feels truly kind and genuine, and I just wanted to say thank you. We will absolutely be back 🌯❤️"

"pepperoni had bad casing almost plastic consistency on the edges. Had a strand of it while eating a slice, cause was hard when i bit into the slice and pulled a strand out. Looked at other pieces and could see a hard shine on a few other pepperoni. If you pinched it could pull off a clear hard ring (hoping this was just a bad casing when pepperoni was made at the factory)"
