Unfortunately the Steamed Shanghai Shao-long-bao / 小笼包 were super underwhelming, very much lacking flavour and the texture was a bit off. The casing was claggy and not very soft or silky. Similarly with the Steamed Pork Dumplings / 猪肉水饺 I was just surprised at the lack of strong flavour, adding Chinese vinegar helped.
