• 8/10/26Really disappointed with this biryani. The masala was way overpowering — completely drowned out any actual flavor of the rice or meat, just an overwhelming punch of spice with no balance. The meat itself was the bigger issue though — it had an off, stale smell that put me off eating more than a few bites. Definitely didn't taste fresh.
On top of that, this didn't look anything like a proper dum biryani. No visible layering, no signature aroma or texture you'd expect from something actually cooked on dum — just looked like regular masala rice mixed with meat. For the price, I expected far better quality and authenticity. Won't be ordering again.
