"I wanted to love this restaurant. Everything on the menu looked so vibrant and delicious. However, when I got my 3-item order delivered there was something wring with all 3 items. I ordered a bowl with Chai pudding as a base, to their credit they called me and said they were out of the Chai pudding so I substituted with Acai. By the time I got my order the Acai bowl had turned into a bowl of acai soup. The Dubai Chocolate dessert I paid $20 for was a cup of strawberries and chocolate, there was no pistachio cream, kataifi or toasted pistachios as it was described on the menu. They have a cup of strawberries with chocolate on the menu for $8.99, but that is not what I ordered. I also ordered the Avacado toast that had only 3 ingredients, one of them being honey. It came with no honey on it. If an item only has 3-4 ingredients how do you forget one of them. I tried releatedly to call them to no avail. I left a voicemail and my phone number, I haven't heard back from anyone. I hope they contact me and we can remedy this situation. The menu looks great, but somebody needs to take better care with what they're sending out the door. 3 items, 3 mistakes, that's simply careless."

The chicken here is always so crispy and flavorful, I am a very picky eater especially if I can do it better myself and I never have a complaint with my food from here. The chicken and French fries remained crispy throughout delivery time. I personally didn't like the cheese on the cheese fries only because it was very thick and I didn't reheat it, I would rather take cold cheese sauce over soggy textured fries from my microwave, but I'm sure if I would have warmed it up in an air flyer or oven it would have tasted fine. That's the price we pay when we don't dine in. However this was the only thing I should have planned better. I will be ordering from here again! "
