Take my advice and order extra Au Jus to dip your fries in. You won't be disappointed. You could also thicken the Au Jus using flour/starch or whatever you're supposed to use. Don't thicken much as you want the savory OG Au Jus to taste perfect. Then add the shreds of roast beef that fall off and maybe some cheese and dip em in the Jus.

These by far were the most disappointing.

"I ordered the Chilaquilles Rojos W/Egg and I added Carne asada and guacamole. The portions were big! The food was delicious. I also asked for extra sauces (good not too spicy). Chilaquiles were the perfect consistency not too hard, slight crunch, softer in the middle. The beans were "homemade" style, chunky, and "creamy". Even though I asked for my dish without Sour Cream or cheese it was still so flavorful.
The Cafe De Olla was so good! I haven't had coffee like that since going to Mexico if that says something.
