"I ordered the chicken strips, which were disappointing. However, the portion size was decent. I couldn't find a description of how they were prepared, so I thought they were fried. But, once I received the order, they appeared to be breaded and possibly air baked/fried. The ends were crunchy and slightly dried out, which made it difficult for me to eat. Also, I recommend using a more insulated container to keep food warmer rather than paper cartons. My food was almost warm."
