Burger was good value, really tasty, and packaged in a way where it wasn't soggy when it arrived. The ghost pepper fries and the hot bbq sauce or whatever that was... holy cow, guys! So hot, so good. I rarely find food hot enough for me, but I was taken aback by the heat. All in all, great experience.

My first clue should have been howfast this got to me during a busy time. I was prepared for a wait and would have been fine with it.
The burger itself looked and tased no better than a McDonald's burger. The tots were just okay. For $24 I expected much better tasteand quality. Asked for no onions, which is no biggy, so I just picked them off.
Tomato was small and mushy. Hardly and sauce on bun. And are those thumbprints in the bun??
Tots were okay, but the side sauce helped.
The ONLY redeeming quality was the shake. Although coming in a cup meant for soda wasn't a good idea.
I will stick with the "2nd Best Burger". At least their burgers taste fresh and not frozen and are huge for 12 bucks!

thought I would try again with this place but every time I order the burger and fries is smashed into the smallest possible box. burger is dry and flavorless and the garlic fries are undercooked lathered in burnt garlic. overpriced cafeteria food..

The tots were soggy, the burger was not well assembled and the othe burger was shoved into a smaller box resulting in the same. This is not the normal but about 25% of the time. Sad when these days 75% good gets you 3 stars.
