Some other places use a pre-shredded cheese that gives it an uneven consistency, not this place. The Corn Pupusas / Maiz are a good size and not greasy, like other places. The cheese and other ingredients they use is top notch. I also recommend ordering the yucca frita with chicharrón. The pupusa plate comes with two pupusas, just in case anyone is wondering. "
