The portion size is good and I didn't have to pay extra for white meat it comes that way, imagine that. They even sent a few fortune cookies which no one else seems to do theses days. "I always forget to take pictures, but I must say that in the 14 years I lived in St. Louis, both in the county and city areas, I had never heard of this place. Then, one night, it popped up on DoorDash, and I figured, "Why not? I like Japanese-style cooked foods." It was a special: two of these platters, beyond heaping full (just the right amount, to be honest) for the price of one. I ate one that night (yesterday), then one for lunch the next day (today), and then again tonight. I ate one and will save the other for tomorrow. "I'm someone who likes to look at reviews but will always order to form my own opinion. Two things I'd say I read over and over again and did not have the same experience is that people said it was bland and gave no chicken. I had plenty of chicken and I'm a sauce girl so I would've been fine with a little less. The other is people said it was bland and bad tasting, this was the complete opposite of my experience. Everything was delicious. The saag paneer was a little too salty but still good, tikka was amazing, the butter chicken was delicious but a little different then what I've had in the past it was almost like there was cinnamon in it? And the naan absolutely delicious. Now two things that people said negatively that I would agree with is the butter chicken was crazy oily. I feel like that's normal though.
