"Not sure why my previous review isn't showing. I only see my first review which had a very nice rating. The reason for a new rating is due to inconsistency. My first order was perfect, but this second order had barely any lox at all on the bagel with sliced lox and cream cheese (didn't even cover the bagel with a single layer. Was two tiny thin pieces). It was no longer worth the $15 or so that they charge for the item, so I gave a "disliked" rating to balance out my original "loved" rating.
It is dishonest for the store to censor or remove my ratings to share an accurate review. The portion was worth it the first time, but not at all worth it the second time. I would not order again based on this and cannot recommend this store."
"This place was excellent. Their bagels are really unique. They almost have a hint of bialy flavor and texture to them (which I love). This is the only place I've found locally that gives you a fair amount of sliced lox on a lox and cream cheese bagel for the price that they charge. There might have been 1 teaspoon (not tablespoon) of mayo on one side or bottom bun, and chicken was also cold. It is absolutely disgusting, and I am floored that I'm actually paying for this trash. How does most others love this!? Lastly, simple good business practice is to right your wrongs. Send another order, maybe send me an email, call, text apologizing. Surely, a credit is well within reason. On TWO seperate occasions and day's. If you go here, make sure you pick it up yourself, bc you definitely will get a terrible experience."

The outer layer was a good smoothie bowl consistency but the inside was frozen solid, we had to dig at it to eat. The bowls are TINY, especially for the price. The strawberries were half bad and mush and every blueberry was mushy. We will always be back to TS for smoothies but the bowls are a thing of the past in our book."
