I have lost count of how many times I have placed and paid for an order, only to have NO drinks at all delivered and only pastries or other breakfast items included. Sometimes I do report the missing drinks but at other times, I am at work and get so busy that I do not have time to make a report to try to get the missing drinks covered. Today showed me that Starbucks can get it right...but for the price, why are the coffee drinks always left off of an order from a COFFEE shop/store? Help me, understand. "We ordered honey glazed Honey-Glazed Salmon Bowl, Stuffed Steak & Mushroom Potato - large, and Hickory Bourbon Style Tips - Steak. The meats were all overcooked. The salmon was dry. The steak was very tough and chewy. The steak was cooked well done. We prefer medium rare. The potato itself was very good. The flavor of everything was excellent. We were just very disappointed in the meats. We also had Grilled Zucchini. It was very good. Although the portion was very small."

"I paid for 1/2 sweet / unsweetened tea no sweet at all. Ice cream had no cover on it. Last but not least hotdog bun was split all thru the bottom where hotdogs fall out when you pick it up onion rings/ tots were hard and old! . Very POOR way of serving food!!!!
