• 10/25/23China 1 hands down makes the BEST Sweet and Sour Shrimp! The fried rice is pe and never overcooked or undercooked like I have experienced with other local restaurants. Food always arrives fast and hot! My favorite Chinese restaurant in the Athens area. o

• 6/27/26Everything tastes good but the C20. Mongolian Beef was like 80% onion and 20% beef so it felt like it wasn't really what I ordered and a good value. The C15. General Tso's Chicken and fried rice was good!

• 7/31/26Everything we ordered S2. Happy Family 86. Sweet & Sour Chicken tasted bland, had no flavor at all for both. It was cooked perfectly but the sauces for both seemed watered down. The pork fried rice wasn't very good either. Usually China 1 is our go to but not too happy this time around.

• 6/18/26Everything was fresh!!!! I was kinda disappointed with the shrimp fried rice (only 4 small pieces of shrimp) and the rice was overcooked

• 12/27/23China 1 is absolutely delicious! The pork fried rice was perfect, the fried wontons were crispy and awesome and the teriyaki chicken was juicy and so flavorful!
