Some people would swear by saucy wings but to me the amount of the hot sauce on the wings is just right because if you toss too much sauce on them, the wings would get soggy (I assume you can still specially request more sauce on the wings).
As for the Louisiana Rub, since the wings are cooked perfectly where the skins are crispy yet the meat is still somewhat juice (the only way to maintain full juiciness while frying is to have a batter but this is not the kind of wings here), thus the tiny spiciness of this dry Rub makes the wings taste amazing."
