"I was surprised to find out I could order bass as it is not normally an offered choice in restaurants offering Fish and Chips. The bass is beautifully cooked catfish style dusted in cornmeal. Vendor offers lemon and tarter sauce included with order but only upon request. Vendor also sells Extra Sauce as well because orders only come with one tarter and one cocktail sauce. It's only 2 of us, but dinner for 4-6 people meant having leftovers for the weekend which sounded nice. We are completely mindblown, this dinner was fantastic! We got 6 steaks, a huge container of caesar salad, and a large side of mashed potatoes.
