They also didn't read the notes for one item and sent another giant heap of unseasoned homefries, and somehow there was chocolate on the outside of the container for the chocolate pancakes. I'd love to know how that happened. Ultimately, it's overpriced and underdelivers. There are so many other great options in this area, and you're better off going to one of them."

Sometimes they're out of everything. This store does not offer substitutions, so you don't even realize that you're not getting what you ordered until it doesn't show up. For example, my order today was for a Chocolate Cream Donut, 2 Chocolate Croissant,2 Caramel Apple Pie, and Fudge Brownie. I received two caramel apple pies and the fudge brownie, but no donut and no croissants and no explanation as to why. I understand that they don't owe me an explanation. It would be nice if there was a way that they could let the customer know that half their order was going to be missing. Again, I only bring this up because it has happened on every single order I have ever made.

Not even worth $3 let alone the $9 something that it costs. The 3 pieces of bacon clumped together in a ball were very greasy. The home fries were pretty good and you can't really mess up a fruit cup. I hate to be a negative nelly, but this was not what i was expecting based on my previous positive experience here."

Got the French Toast Almondine today and it was very disappointing. It was plain french toast with a few slivered almonds on top, only buttered, no syrup on it or even on the side. I'm not even a huge syrup person, but you can't have french toast with no syrup. It's a crime. Overall not worth $14"

"I had the smoked salmon platter. Very tasty! Everything fresh. The whipped cream cheese spread easily and was ample. The everything bagel spice sprinkles complement the salmon lox well. Same for the pickled onions. But they could have provided more.
Downside: VERY SMALL PORTION of salmon. Was not enough to eat with the whole bagel . Other local places give you twice as much lox for the same price (+/- 1.00 or so)
That said, I will try other dishes from them."

"The Short Stack (2) of French Toast or Pancakes is a good portion and value for your money. My food arrived fresh and hot still. Everything tastes pretty good, I would say they do not season their potatoes so you'll need to add some salt and pepper. I also got the sausage patties, they were cooked perfect. I would order again just maybe leave out the potatoes this time. Oh and I don't like that they put your syrup cups in your food container, I don't think they should put that on top of my food... just put it in the bag. However they did make sure to include ketchup, syrup, butter, and utensils."
