"I typically do not leave reviews, whether an experience is good or bad, but this time I felt compelled to because of how unbelievably poor this order was.
The egg and cheese sandwich was completely ruined by the bread being burnt. Not lightly toasted or slightly overdone—burnt. The first thing I tasted was charred bread, which made the sandwich unpleasant to eat from the start.
The tuna sub was somehow even worse. The sauce was thrown on so carelessly that it leaked through the entire sandwich wrapper and soaked through the bag. By the time I got it, it looked like it had been tossed around with no regard for presentation or quality. It was messy, sloppy, and frustrating to deal with.
What really surprised me was the complete lack of consistency. One half of the sub had virtually no cheese on it at all, while the other half had an excessive amount. It honestly felt like two different people made each half without paying attention to what they were doing. Basic quality control seemed completely absent.
I’ve ordered plenty of sandwiches from different places and understand that mistakes happen, but this wasn’t a small mistake. The entire order felt rushed, careless, and poorly prepared. When customers pay for food, they expect at least the basics to be done correctly. Unfortunately, this order missed the mark in almost every way possible.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt others should know what to expect. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the quality of this order was unacceptable."

"I got a large side salad as my main dish with no onions, added Salmon, and Blue cheese crumbles, and selected Italian dressing. The menu didn't say it had croutons on it but it did. I'm diabetic so I would have requested none had I known, but I just picked them off. I was blown away with the big, delicious, thick serving of salmon, and two generous containers of dressing on the side! All was fresh and delicious and a great proportion! I will definitely get it again!! My tummy is happy and I so needed a perfect meal and this was it for me. My wish is that DoorDash fixes the menu to say it has croutons, gives you the option to customize and remove them and onions if you want to, and that instead of croutons maybe give the option for 2 pieces of fresh baked bread with butter on the side. As a diabetic, I shouldn't have it but an occasional piece or two would probably be okay and I would rather have fresh, warm bread than cold, hard croutons with a salad any day! All in all though, it was still perfect!!! *chef kiss*"
"My food was in the bag sideways and it was a huge mess. The portion of chicken wasn't even enough for the tortillas. the tortillas were dried out and hard. Price is way higher than before and that was by far, the worst meal I've had from there."
