"It's alright, but not spectacular. Sushi portions are small for the price. Cooked food flavors aren't as robust as other Japanese places.
The Tuna Maki and Hamachi Scallion Maki were good but rolls were very small with six pieces. You really can't taste a big difference in fish quality compared to other places, so the price doesn't feel justified.
The Chicken Karaage was ok. Favor wasn't robust or complex. The sauce had some tang that didn't compliment the dish well. The portion was very small compared to other place like Hoka Hoka Fuku that give 2-3 times as much and cost a few dollars less with better flavor (sweetness).
The Yaki Ramen (Stir-fry Ramen) was generously portioned for the price. There was a good variety of protein and the grilled shrimp in it was excellent. The noodles were greasier than I would have liked but some people might enjoy it. There were slight bitter and burned tastes mixed with the umami flavors. Could have been more complex."

3. The Bacon Cookie Pie was super strange, but a great concept. I expected to hit the "crispy cookie" inside that it mentioned in the description, but the inside was just a bunch of (delicious) mixed goo.
I think maybe there are just too many ingredients in the dish to deep fry it and have it come out the way the description makes it sound. I'm inclined to think it would be better as "bites" or balls for accuracy and presentation, but I also subscribe to the theory of "It's all going down the same hole" and don't personally care about presentation.
The flavors are there, and I might order it again, but only if actually dining in, since it doesn't travel well. 3/5 stars."

"Thr King Club was delicious!!!! I had the Cucumber and tomato salad as a side which was also good. It would be better with a little more Cucumber but still very good. The tea was also good. I will definitely reorder from McAlister Deli when I want a good sandwich and too lazy to make it 😅"
