This is the closest thing to carne asada fries I have found so far here in Texas. I loved the pickled onion on the side that added freshness to the whole dish. I love carne asada fries a little too much, I will definitely order it from here again. I can tell how fresh the ingredients are, and I also could tell the love and work the chef has put into the dish.
