my new favorite restaurant, everything I've gotten here so far has been amazing, Thrice Cooked Brisket is super tender and melty and tasty, BBQ Chicken is soft and full of savory flavor, 'Koko' Wings & Fina'denne [Gluten Free] are crispy and delicious, they hold their crisp even as leftovers, also shout out to the Ribs here, fall off the bone and full of that delicious BBQ pork flavor

The BBQ Brisket is insane, super savory and soft, you could eat this with spoon. I wish it was cheaper so I could get this more than once a month!
The Tinaktak is good and filling with fresh tomatoes and crispy green beans over noodles and a delicious creamy umami mushroom meat sauce. Good portion size too!

Been looking forward to having something from this restaurant. Seeing the prices the expectations of having good food from Guam was there. A total disappointment and lose money. The ribs were too dry. The kelaquen was overwhelmed by the acidic flavor. You can't tasting anything else. I understand not having the fresh flavor of coconut in it but balance out the seasonings at least. (Taste your food pls)
The potato salad was more of a sour egg salad. The potatoes must've missed the pint container.
