It's rare I'm not gushing over my 13 Bones. Ya, there's no real competition if you want steak (no offense to Chili's or Dodge City) up on the Mount. Here's the deal: I love steak, 13 bones cooks a good steak. 9 times out of 10 my temp is perfect. I'm a medium, we have a well, we have 2 mid rare: no problem. The steaks have a nice flavor to them always, can't tell if it's seasoning or the taste of grill - but it's a good time. Order based on budget bc all the steaks are good. No shame in this sirloin kids. I prefer a strip, usually order a ribeye here though.
Other notes: if your from mars, you may not know they have a drive through window to pick up to go orders. Nice. Friendly staff: win. I've been told the lunch specials are the way to go, I have not but I smell meatloaf coming from my neighbors office once a week. Hes a tough sell, it must be good.

The catfish was fried yet steamed when they put it in foil so no longer crispy. The trout was good and coke was tiny for hug price! Do not recommend this restaurant.

13 Bones NEVER disappoints! The food is always great! Tonight I had the Fried Oysters, and they were perfectly cooked and delicious!

sirloin was ordered medium but came well and there Thin steaks and chewy not like a Sirloin Steak I'm use to but other than that the seasoning on it was good. broccoli and Asparagus was a good choice as sides

no roll, cheese sticks were not cooked all the way and Mac and cheese was dry. worst experience I've had from 13 bones
