This store has gave up when it comes to the quality of the drinks and food. I ordered 2 ice Capps and 2 vanilla cream doughnuts bag wasn't sealed for any one to touch my food and they are stale and dry and hard as a brick. And the ice Capps were separated like ice on top and dark strong coffee on the bottom which means the ice capp machine was probably just cleaned or not working properly which puts out poor product. It cost me almost $8 a pc for a ice capp and you can't even drink them when they are like this. Some people are just there for a paycheck and some people really care about the product they sell because at the end of the day when you lose business you lose hours which ends up in jobloss. Tim hortons on wilson rd really needs a manager that pays attention and cares about what their employees are doing. Maybe read the reviews every once in a while to improve.

Hazelnut Mocha ICED CAPP topped with Nutella was fantastic, but only received it once out of the twice so far ordered. Timbits® Multi-Pack are always a classic and were great. Breakfast Wrap Snacker disappointed with the size, but otherwise tastes okay.

They always get my drink wrong, but whatever they send is always yummy and usually something wouldn't have tried otherwise. I'm not even mad.

Ordered with extra cream cheese. Minimal cream cheese was spread after paying for extra.
