I've loved this place for years and I am so happy to see them here in delivery. I ordered the Omakase and it was amazing. Packaged thoughtfully, though the sauce did inevitably leak through the wooden box, so be prepared for that.

One of the worst sashimi experiences I've had in the Bay in Sashimi Deluxe . Primarily - the food was spoiled or near-so! In one of the two whitefishes, every single piece had the characteristic rainbow streaks of spoilage and smelled off. Similarly, the raw squid was excessively slimy and a little sour, so it was going off as well. When in doubt, throw it out. There went a large portion of my expensive dinner.

For the rest of it, it was over a hundred dollars for a box filled mostly with low quality salmon and tuna (bluefin and yellowfin to my eye) cut in giant amateurish hunks. They literally took ONE sea scallop and cut it thinly into 3+ slices, and only gave me two small slices in this huge box of food (as you can tell from the cut marks). All of the selected sashimi were completely unremarkable, which, at this price point, you want something of interest, not grocery store quality. 

You can get better selection, quality and preparation at basically every other sashimi and nigiri place in the city. Maybe their rolls are good, I don't know. I won't be ordering from here again.

mediocre food, didn't put soy sauce and sticks, overcooked rice, I would expect more from a sushi place with 5 star review and such price tag
