Dan Dan noodles are amazing. Def has a kick to it. Garlic Chive Dumplings are tasty, just would   Pay that much again for the size of them. Overall definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something new or out of the normal places they go to.

Their food is always tasty and top notch! High recommend the smoked chili oil (it's so good I got a Smoked Chili Oil PINT!), Garlic Chive Dumpling (4 with sweet soy), Dan Dan Noodles w/ Ground Pork Or Seitan, and Pepper Bath Chicken.

There can be a bit of a wait, so I'd always order at least an hour ahead of time.

Cold Sesame Noodles (added chicken)  was so good! Perfect summer meal, fresh and delicious. I loved the sauce so much I wish it had a tad bit more to make stronger flavor but I def would order this again and again! Noodles were cooked perfectly (not mushy or overcooked). Good size portion.

Dan Dan Noodles w/ Ground Pork Or Seitan and Hong Kong Noodles had good flavor and texture. Radish Cake and Garlic Chive Dumpling (4 with sweet soy) were also tasty. Don't skip out on the Smoked Chili Oil, that adds a lot of flavor!

Order took a long time to prepare and arrive (1 hour) , but maybe they were busy that day.

The Dan Dan Dan Noodles w/ Ground Pork  SLAPS! That Sichuan pepper gets the taste buds good and the pork on the Hong Kong Noodles was nice and crispy!!
