Cơm Đùi Gà | Chicken Leg I was quite shocked when I opened the container. The portion of chicken was quite small for the price. I had to ration every tiny piece of meat with a huge mouthful of rice just to make it last until the end. Compared to other restaurants with similar or better flavors, the amount of protein here is simply not acceptable for what they charge.
That said, the quality of the food is a mixed bag. The chicken was a bit tough, but I actually appreciate that it felt natural. I’ve tried other popular places that use way too much meat tenderizer, making the texture rubbery and unpleasant, but this was definitely not the case here. The rice was the highlight: very fragrant and perfectly seasoned. The sour and spicy side dish was standard and fine.
Overall, while the flavor is there, the poor value for the money makes it hard to recommend. I expected a much better balance of meat and rice for this price point.

Mì Khô Gà Chiên Dòn | ½ crispy chicken with dry egg noodle, greens and a side of soup - our go to meal for the little one as she eats it all up - one of the few meals where she eats everything
Bún Măng Gỏi Gà | Rice Vermicelli Soup with Bamboo Shoots and Chicken Salad - such a great value and super delicious
Xoi Hấp | Sticky Rice -, just a great staple all the way, not salty but nice and fragrant

This is one of my favorite restaurants for "Mien Ga"! Has been a customer for years! Really glad they have joined Door Dash - no more fighting with South San Jose traffic.
- Mien Ga (clear vermicelli chicken soup) - the best in town.
- Com Ga RoTi and the addicting kimchi cabbage. Sauce for the chicken is very tasty and not too sweet.
- Bun Mang Vit – above average but could be better.
- Homemade red chili peppers – best in town. Always stock up at least 1 extra jar, a little pricey but worth it.
1) Should add options to choose either salad or kimchi for their rice dish.
2) A friendly note to the Chef: Need to pay more attention when chopping rotisserie chicken since some small bones can get splintered and end up in the rice.

Everything is really solid and chicken is well cooked. Their house chili is really spicy and tastes amazing.
