• 1/8/26I had the three-piece dark-meat combo. The chicken was not thoroughly cooked. I am so disappointed in this food. I am from Los Angeles, and I ate at El Polloco at least once a week, so when I learned that they were opening one here, I was super excited. I would never eat here again. I will wait until I go to Los Angeles.

• 27/6/26Everything is good except for the fact they can't seem to remember to put dressing on the side salad or include any. We've gotten the Meal For Two multiple times, and while everything else is great, I've yet to get a chance to try the Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing I've been craving. Multiple dry, sad, unsatisfying salads.
