The big Big Brother is always solid, but the Salted Fish & Chicken Fried Rice is very bland. There was maybe one piece of salted fish in the whole dish, which I found on almost the 3rd bite to finishing. Very bland.

Few years back food used to be better and made with more care and quality ingredients. e.g. the Hainan chicken rice is not real chicken fat rice but just yellow in color, price has gone up too much too. A bit disappointed.

Baked Chicken with Black Pepper Sauce didn't mention it has mushrooms. I have food allergy to mushrooms.
Quality of food is good and packaging is done well.
Overall, delicious for Hong Kongese food. Comfort food/dishes.

Food is decent but pricing kept going up. Also the packaging is below average. By the time we get the food, sauces have leaked all over the boxes inside the bag. We have gottenbetter secured noodle soup than this. Smh...

Authentic HK-style canteen. Try the HK milk tea, spaghetti bolognese, crispy chow mein, and the macaroni soup (the ham is amazing). Solid quality, though prices have gone up quite a bit.
