I do not know how this restaurant doesn't find itself in more lists of the top ramen in Toronto. From the flavour in their broths and the perfect springiness to their noodles...this is one of my top 3 Ramen places in the city

did not read instructions/request. Broth was not what I had requested. Tonkotsu Ramen lacked flavour. Eggs were tiny and overcooked. Miso Soup had barely any greens and tofu. Overall poor quality and flavour.

The curry ramen and tomato curry ramen are delicious! The broth is really flavourful and the pork is tasty. The chicken karage is also great.

They mention that the bbq pork BBQ Pork Fried Rice has garlic butter but you can't even tastethe garlic. Additionally, there wasn't enough salt thus the fried rice tasted quite bland. Decent amount of meat. Could have done with more vegetables. Hopefully they improve their fried rice based on the feedback
