Ammathar Thai Cuisine was opened under Thai Tanic since March 2001, it was the time of the 14th St corridors just beginning to flourish. It only a hand full of small business were around on the stress…
Ammathar is a great old favorite. Delicious food. The only bad things? One is the ridiculously small portion of rice in their delivery order.
The second is that they use Relay for delivery, and it is ALWAYS late. Always.

Pretty good food, I ordered spicy and it was spicy! Larb Gai always a favorite, the rice that came with the Panang was small, and for everything altogether I wished there was more, overall enjoyed it.

pretty good! we got the beef drunken Pad Kee Mao ( Drunken Noodles ), the Krapow tofu and veggie Por Pea Jae Spring Rolls. easy pick up process and well packaged. i was digging the tofu and spice level, done very well. the veg rolls were a little underwhelming and the drunken noodles were just okay- but i'll defintely order again and try other dishes.

Panang Curry was bland and disappointing. Chicken was tough and the dish lacked flavor. Kanom Jeep was close to edible but not quite there. Mango & Sticky Rice saved the meal. Recommend that mango rice but otherwise this place not a good option.

Food is consistently good. One quibble: the included rice portion is in a tiny version of the traditional takeout box. It's kind of a joke.
