The spiciness was nice, it started off as a warm heat and then increased a bit more. I requested the mild level of spicy. I ordered tofu pad, Thai, bananas, and roti with a caramel sauce, spring rolls, a Thai tea, and Coca-Cola. The spring rolls were long and slender, super crispy and worked well with the sauce given. "We ordered a Pad Thai, which was very good as expected. We also ordered a $31 "one whole fried branzino" that came packed as a half-branzino, head and tail included, and several pieces of fried fish. Regret not taking a picture. A disappointing experience with a restaurant with a good reputation, where we ate several times. I wish to be contacted by the restaurant to get an explanation for why their chef did that."

"Absolutely delicious! We like other Peter Chang-owned restaurants and this one is great, too! The Homestyle Stir-Fried Pork Belly was amazing - tender, beautifully spiced and a generous portion. The Salt and Pepper Shrimp were addictive - well seasoned (but not spicy at all) and cooked perfectly. They'd make a great appetizer shared among several people. They were so delicious that my 11 year old stole some even though she's usually quite picky. She also really enjoyed her Combo Lo Mein. The Sweet and Sour Chicken Slices were also great. Very flavorful with a perfect balance of sweetness. The Dry-Fried Eggplant was very tasty - crispy even though it had to travel here from the restaurant and well seasoned. The only slight let down was the golden mountain Golden Mountain Beef. We've had the Golden Mountain Chicken at other PC restaurants and it works better as chicken. The texture of some, but not all, of the pieces of the beef was stringy and a little dry. Over all it was a wonderful meal and we will order again!"
"I don’t usually write food reviews, but I have to say I was disappointed. The spicy eggplant wasn’t actually spicy and was overly oily. The shredded beef with peppers had far more peppers than beef, which threw off the balance of the dish. Overall, both dishes lacked flavor. I also found the portion sizes to be quite small compared to what I typically get at Chinese restaurants for a similar price."

"Sizzling Steak Delight was hot and fresh very mild flavors. The Lemongrass Soup (Tom Yum Soup) was piping hot which was exactly what I needed. I would have liked it to have been more spicy and to include more pieces of shrimp. I ordered the hot pot for 4 and received 2 quart containers they included 3 pieces of shrimp in each container. They don't give you the option to select the level of spice like other restauraunts. "

"The pineapple fried rice was flavorful with nice chunks of sweet pineapple and nicely sized, succulent shrimp. But the standout was the drunken chicken. the noodles are wide and nicely cooked with chunks of chicken and just the right combination of a sweet, bitter tangy sauce. It was delicious. Hubs and I couldn't decide between the two entrees. We shared some of each. Loved them. The portion sizes were large with enough food for leftovers. Perfect packaging too. I will order again. We also enjoyed the Chocolatier Killer Brownie filled with plenty of chocolate chips and a crispy crunchy outer layer. Nicely done. We will definitely order again."
