The amount of ice cream scooped was pathetic. It's supposed to be a double scoop and it looks like they scooped it with a spoon. A complete waste of money

Paid full price for a 2 Scoop Sundae and a 3 Scoop Sundae and received kids sized scoops of icecream instead of the full sized scoops. Very disappointing. The Baskin-Robbins at 4019 W Avenue L in Lancaster should be ashamed for such a poor representation of the Baskin Robbins brand.

the 3 Scoop Sundae had scoops the size of golf balls. talk about shrinkflation.
