The OREO® Layered Sundae and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Layered Sundae were NOT as pictured. They have half empty mushed up messes. This is a terrible establishment that doesn't care about quality. Stay far, far away if you don't want to waste your precious money.

3 Scoop Sundae: arrived missing almond topping & layered with chocolate sauce instead of hot fudge. OREO® Layered Sundae: too much chocolate sauce throughout the cup

Cappuccino Blast was good but sent without whipped cream and cinnamon. Also, there was no cardboard holder for the cup so the sweat from the cup wet the paper bag causing the bag to break.

Literally every item was wrong; ice cream was full of chunks of ice so was clearly melted and refrozen; phone for the store was disconnected
