Best soul food in brooklyn. Cakes are ok tho . But those yams and black eye peas OMG WOW

The Salmon was dark and hard on top, probably been overcooked and sitting out long, the macaroni was just stringy thick globs of cheese and no top crust, not flavorful. The yams were ok. This location and pretty much all of them have no consistency in preparing food. You get better tasting food when the better cooks are in, whenever that is!

Mac and cheese was okay. Chicken was dry but tasty. Rice and peas needed flavor was undercooked. Cabbage was decent 6.8/10

The macaroni was very dry, not cheesy, & it tasted old. The yams were not sweet, & dry, no syrup/juice. The half & half wasn't a half & half it was pink lemonade!!

The rice tasted bad it was it spoiled I'm guessing it was sitting there all day. It was almost slimy and was smelling old.
