I was looking for something healthy while traveling for work and this place was exactly what I had in kind. The food is delicious and has healthy ingredients. Huge variety of food and even the small Grain & Veggie Simple Bowl is a lot of food (for a low cost). If you like spicy and hot, get the hot sauce for an added kick.

Ben's is absolutely unreal. I go feral for Ben's. It's economical and filling and delicious. The meats (chicken, pork are what I've tried so far) are perfectly cooked and so, so tender. My favorite sauce is their lemon thyme which is perfectly lemony. Sure, it's easy batchcooking, but Ben's is perfect for healthy fast food. I buy multiple bowls as meal prep for a couple days!

I got the Slow Roasted Chicken, Slow Roasted Chickpeas & Potatoes, and Ben's Millet & Brown Rice along with a couple sauces and Ben's hot sauce and sort of made my own bowl. Portions were generous and I can't get over how flavorful and high quality all do the ingredients were. I will definitely be getting this again.

I wasn't expecting the (V) Chickpea & Potato Mixed Bowl to be so good and that filling. I ordered the Clean Vegetables thinking the bowl wouldn't be filling enough but it was such a good portion size. If you're vegetarian, don't hesitate to order. The lemon thyme dressing/dip was amazing. I wish I found this place sooner!

Wowowow. I felt like eating something healthy that was not salad and the more I looked into Ben's the more promising it was, down to the detail of flash steaming veggies for max nutrients. I opened my food and was blown away, I audibly said "wow" the moment I had a bite. The chicken bowl is just packed, vibrant, fresh, and actually delicious. The pulled pork and the chicken both are not at all dry, juicy, and flavorful. The potatoes and chickpeas are indeed fudgy and delicious as well. The quality and freshness of the ingredients is just awesome, and the cost value is great too. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend trying this place!
