The Create your own bowl came as a smaller portion that usual but overall the food was excellent. Warm upon arrival, presentation is good.

I ordered the chicken ranch blt and the chicken breast from the blt was so brittle and I didnt get my sprite and my side of macaroni even tho I picked the combo. I also ordered the custom bowl and everything like the mashed potatoes, gravy, and chicken and macaroni were cold and the macaroni barley had any cheese.

Ordered a Half All-Dark Rotisserie Chicken and was sent white meat. The Mac and cheese was watery. The chicken we did get was dry and hard like it was very over cooked.

Food was a new level of gross. Firstly, they waited until the Dasher was there to pick up the food to inform them that they didn't have half of the items that I was able to order online. The create your own bowl - chicken was not only dry, but tough. Spit out half of it. Potatoes were watery and tasteless and the corn rubbery. Half of the meals didn't come with what they should have - and the beverages to choose from were also inaccurate. They had only apple juice, milk or water - none of the other listed options. Won't order again.
