Good food! This is one of the few non-corporate diner style restaurants left in CO, I'm glad they're still going strong :).

The Homestyle corned beef hash and eggs were okay, not my favorite style. The corned beef was kind was stringy. The hash browns are obviously made fresh, but not as crispy as I prefer and also entirely unseasoned. They were okay with extra seasoning added

We've been going to the breakfast palace for a few years now. The food has really degraded in quality. The hash browns are barely cooked and not crisp at all. My "omelet" was just scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage. I'm honestly not sure if I will order from them again.

Ordered the steak and eggs and was extremely disappointed. They ask what type of preparation you prefer and I specified medium rare. I received a very well done steak that somehow had no sear and looked grey. The eggs were also rubbery and the hash browns were cold and tasted undercooked. If you are someone who cares about quality of food, this is not the place for you.

Bacon was flubbery, eggs were a bit soggy, hashbrowns were a bit flavorless. This place is usually fire, but not so great this time.
