The Bacon Cheeseburger slaps EVERY time, I've come back here constantly. They also have some of the best fries I've ever had, wish everyone made them this way. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

Bro. This place is FiRE! You might say this place is a trip to flavortown. The Chili has a rich flavor and with just enough spie to say hello. The BBQ sauce is savory, sweet, and just that tad bit of kick you look for in the Texas sauce! Thank you Brisket Burger!

Nothing I ordered was good. The burgers were unseasoned, overcooked, greasy and wet. The fries were barely warmed up limp and gooey fries, the coating on the Jumbo Onion Rings didn't stick so it was fried onions with clumps of fried batter. The Fried Apple Pie was cold and soggy. Actually, the Pecan Pie wasn't bad but it was nothing special either. So disappointed in this place & I wouldn't order here again.

Plenty of food. A little spicy.
I thought it was ok .
I wanted brisket, wasnt offered in the 3 Meat Plate with 2 Sides.
The good note, it did fill me up. A little over priced . I thought. I would order from here again.

I love the fireside burger from this place, 99% of the time they nail the temperatures, and all is great, this time it was a little over the requested temperature but that is a rarity. The fried pickles are nice and crispy, and very tasty. The shakes are a little over priced, but if you're craving one, they are good.
Choose from our famous slow cooked meats over hickory and oak wood: St. Louis Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, House Sausage, Jalapeño Sausage and Garlic and Pepper Jack Cheese Sausage.
