The best bun bo Bún Bò Huế (Hue Style beef noodle soup) I've had in North America and I'm Vietnamese. This is comparable to the Bun Bo Hue in Vietnam. Amazing!

The Bún Bò Huế (Hue Style beef noodle soup) was really really good.
I didn't know what to expect as it was my first time trying out this restaurant.
First I loved how the vegetables were packed separately so you could either have it all or a little from it,
I like that there was pepper,
Then the Sữa đậu nành (soy milk) was omg so good, very creamy reminded me of when I used to drink it a lot as a child.
Everything was AMAZING ❤️❤️
Defs recommend!!!
Though would like an option to either add more noodles or meat
