I'm always happy with how the food tastes but your KIDS CHICKEN TENDERS MEAL is way too expensive, especially when you only give 2 tenders and forget their drinks and the sauces for the food as well. Wish I could be refunded for the partial meal.

The burger had good flavor, but it was very small for what it was priced at. I realize this next part is probably the drivers fault, but it had been smashed and both the burger and fries were ice cold.

We love Burgerfi & order from a different location often. We accidentally clicked on the one in Cary today & when our order came, it was only the cry & fries and our drinks. The cry & fries only had one onion ring, only one, on the top of each & all was very cold. That is not what we usually get. I gave them some of my onion rings that came later.
We figured the dasher just forgot the 2nd bag so we allowed the app to request a redelivery. We got the rest of the food in about an hour, but my burger has sauce on it I requested to be removed and the cheese was wrong, & no extra toppings I paid for. I cant eat anything spicy right now which is why I requested no sauce.
My sons burger had no extras toppings we paid for as well. Frustrating.
I did give 2 stars because the milkshakes are so yummy & the onion rings are delicious!!!!! I drank it up while waiting for our order to finally come.

Burger was good... but it was like.. "Wendys good". Burgerfi was recommended to me by a friend who said it's "expensive, but really good". But I'm now reminded that he can stomach McDonalds burgers (I can't . Gross.). As far as I've discovered in this area... I'll probably go to Bad Daddy's for my next burger craving.
