The Pork Lumpia was really crisp and tasty, with a sweet chili dip was that was just the right level of spicy. The Inihaw was absolutely delicious, the grilled corn was juicy and tender but you could really taste the grill on it, the rice is flavorful and the pork itself has a fantastic marinate and a great dipping sauce. I usually don't bother with reviews but this place might have just become my new favorite in town!

The Crispy Dinuguan was the best I've tasted comparedto many Filipino restaurants that I regularly buy from. The meat to fat ratio was perfect, the meal was tender and the fatty ski was crispy. The best part was the blood sauce. Not too much vinegar like most places and sauce was smooth and creamy. A new favorite for me.

Lumpia had a nice, flaky wrapper and they went above and beyond with the Extra Garlic Rice. Got a little taste of French Laundry expertise on my lunch break. Will definitely be ordering from Carabao again!

Sarap! The tapsilog is the right amountof tang balanced with the fresh tomatos and cucumber. The garlic fried rice is delicious. The lechon kawali is perfect bite sized crispy pork belly: Thank you for my cookie. Perfect ending to my meal .
