You can never miss with dinner at Carbonara Trattoria! We had the Caesar Salad Chicken Parm and Chicken Picatta. The entrees were both to die for! Melt in your mouth, delicious savory flavors with both. Fresh homemade pasta, and the best artichoke lemon risotto I've ever had! 5 stars all around!

Pasta Marinara was good, but they didn't send any Parmesan cheese or crushed red peppers. I assumed that was common practice with Italian food. Parmesan Risotto was inedible. The very chewy rice was not creamy, it was in a Pool of oil and the flavor was not tasty. Bread was yummy and nice size for $2.

Their Chicken Picatta is my absolute FAVORITE! The risotto is so good. Large portion with enough for a second meal. I always order the loaf of bread with it.

The food was really good but the Chicken Parmesan did not include the pasta. Instead they subbed risoto. Very disappointing to spend $80 for 2 entrees and bread and have the meal wrong.
