All of the reviews on Salem Eats facebook page were absolutely correct! Excellent food, different from other places in the best ways! The Mexican Fried Rice & Hot Honey Chili Chicken and 2 Birria Egg Rolls and 3 QuesaBirra Tacos were amazing!

The 4 Birria Egg Rolls are ogenom. The chipotle honey mayo for dipping is heaven, it just sends them over the top. 10/10

Loved the idea of 4 Birria Egg Rolls and was not disappointed at all. Very flavorful. The sandwich was DELICIOUS. Grilled to perfection and absolutely filled with meat. The chipotle mayo was a little on the too sweet side for me but still paired well with the sandwich and egg rolls. We really enjoyed everything we tried and highly recommend!

Amazing food with a unique twist and great flavor for the price! Made a stop on our way to Detroit lake with some friends and was able to share a burrito bowl, tacos, and the tasty egg rolls! Pat and Joy are on to something here and I hope they can venture their way to Portland so I can have more of this fusion of taste and delicacy.
