Chole was watery and Bhature were very thick, I also ordered Bread Roll and those were too oily and also had a specific smell

Normally I love their food. I got watery chole today and didn't like it at all.

Chole Bhature, Papdi Chaat, Rajma Chawal, Amritsari Fish Fry, Paneer Pakoda, Matar Paneer, and the seasonal Sarson ka saag with Makki ki roti are my favorites.
Mutton Curry, and Egg Burgi was good too, Didn't like any chicken dish so far, would try other punjabi dishes on the menu. Instead of Tandoori oven aloo paratha, if they made pan based, it would feel authentic.
*Taste is not consistent though, quality dips at times (might be due to student chef or older ingredients) above review is based of best one, Please Improve consistency*
